• CPM Leasing Services, Providers, and Application Process that includes a Background Check on Credit, Criminal History, Eviction History, and Employment Verification

• CPM Provides Rental Agreement Paperwork to executed by Landlord and Tenant (Subject to Property Owner's Review & Approval)

MAINTENANCE & INSPECTIONS

• In-House Maintenance Professionals as well as access to Independent Contractors 

• CPM provides Purchasing Power to Landlords with Independent Contractors due to Multiple Properties Managed 

• All Tenants are provided with full contact information, including cell phone of property manager, so that in case of an emergency they can reach a live person 24 hours per day / 7 days per week.

• Property Inspections during Move-In & Move-Out of Tenants

• Property Inspections after Repairs are Completed

ACCOUNTING & REPORTS

• Collection of Rent & Assessment of Applicable Late Fees
